After ignoring the symptoms for far too long, Sarah goes to George and asks him to run some tests. When the results come back in, she's not shocked, but she's not sure how to process the news.

Things seem to be incrementally adding up to prove to Sarah that there is something out there that wants her life to be the same kind of hell as back home.
